Our quality assurance system, authorized and supported by the CEO, was established to ensure that our quality policy is implemented properly and our targets are achieved successfully. All divisions and employees are required to execute the quality assurance program for all construction projects requiring the application of the program.
All team and division managers ensure that proper resources are used and adequately trained and qualified people are involved in any activity that may affect service and product quality.
Any employee who discovers quality problems with products or services or has a suggestion for improving quality is required to notify it to his/her direct supervisor or the Quality Assurance Team to take improvement actions.
The CEO of Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction has the final decision-making authority on resolving quality issues that cannot be resolved by the Quality Assurance Team and relevant teams. Any decision by the CEO must conform to the quality assurance plans, codes and contract terms.
