Youth Energy Project (Talent development per growth stage)

Customized to each stage of growth from childhood to adolescence, the Youth Energy Project helps youths grow to become talented individuals.

What is Youth Energy Project?

Youth Energy Project is Doosan’s brand name, collectively covering the company’s tailored social contribution programs aimed at promoting “growth and self-reliance” of youth according to each stage of talent development.

Intended to enhance basic competencies of children and teenagers and foster talented individuals, the project supports a variety of activities involving culture, arts and sports.

Major programs consist of support programs for underprivileged children teenagers such as sponsorship for local childcare centers, provision of study-aid books and experience activities; academic-industrial cooperative programs and natural science and engineering talent development programs such as support for Changwon Science High School and the operation of Doosan Class at Meister schools; and recruitment training targeted at the unemployed.
